Support & refunds

Getting support

All support runs through our Discord ticket system — tickets are timestamped, which also protects your refund rights. Typical response time is under 5 hours.

Support covers our scripts: installation, configuration and bugs in our code. Conflicts caused by third-party resources or heavily modified frameworks are handled best-effort.

Refunds

All sales are final, with two exceptions we stand behind:

1. No support response within 3 days of opening your ticket → full refund.
2. The script is completely non-functional — broken as shipped for everyone, not just on your specific setup → full refund after we've had a fair chance to reproduce and fix it.

Nothing is refundable past 20 days from purchase. The full policy is on the refund policy page.

Please talk to us before opening a payment dispute — chargebacks revoke every licence on the account, and if your case falls under an exception above we refund it without a fight.
