Terms of service.
The rules that come with a Toxic Scripts licence. Buying anything on this store means you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Toxic Scripts ("we", "us") sells digital resources for FiveM at toxicscripts.com. Payments are processed by Tebex Limited, our merchant of record — your purchase contract for payment purposes is with Tebex, and their terms apply to the payment itself.
2. What you're buying
A purchase grants you a non-exclusive licence to run the resource on one FiveM server (one licence key) unless the product page states otherwise. Files are delivered instantly through your Cfx.re Keymaster; escrowed resources remain protected by Cfx.re asset escrow with the config left open for editing.
- ✓You may edit open (non-escrowed) files for use on your own server.
- ✓You may transfer a licence to another Cfx.re account through Keymaster's asset transfer — the licence then leaves your account and all rights under it move with it.
- ✓You may not resell, redistribute, leak, re-upload, share, or gift any part of a product's files — including modified versions and open config files.
- ✓You may not attempt to decrypt, dump, deobfuscate or otherwise bypass asset escrow.
3. Delivery & support
Delivery is automatic and instant after payment. Support and install help are provided through our Discord for as long as the product is on sale, within reason — we support our scripts, not your entire server. Bugs in our code are on us; conflicts caused by third-party resources, modified frameworks or outdated server artifacts are handled on a best-effort basis.
4. Updates
Products include updates for as long as they're listed, delivered through Keymaster. We may add, change or remove features between versions. Anything described as a lifetime purchase means the lifetime of the product, not of FiveM or of you.
5. Pricing & sales
Prices are in USD and may change at any time. Sales and bundles are temporary; we don't refund price differences before or after a sale. Bundle savings shown against the combined value of the included resources.
6. Revocation
We may revoke licences without refund if you breach these terms — in particular leaking or reselling files, chargeback abuse, or escrow circumvention. Revocation includes removal from the Discord and blacklisting from future purchases.
7. Liability
Products are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect damages — lost players, lost revenue, server downtime, or a FiveM/Cfx.re platform change that breaks functionality. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the product concerned.
8. Third parties
FiveM and Cfx.re are trademarks of their respective owners; we are not affiliated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Server hosting offered through our ZAP-Hosting partnership is sold and operated by ZAP-Hosting under their own terms.
9. Changes
We can update these terms at any time; the version published on this page applies from the moment it's posted. Material changes will be announced in the Discord.
