Common issues

The short list that solves the vast majority of tickets.

The resource doesn't start

• Artifacts too old — check the product's Requirements tab for the minimum server artifacts and update your server build.
• Renamed folder — escrowed assets must keep their original resource name.
• Wrong account — the server key's Cfx.re account must match the account that owns the licence.
• Dependency order — ensure dependencies (e.g. ox_lib) before the resource.

It starts but misbehaves

• Config syntax — a malformed config.lua can half-load; diff against the shipped default.
• Conflicting resources — disable other scripts touching the same feature (fire, fuel, hoses…) and retest.
• Framework mismatch — set the correct framework option in the config (QB-Core / ESX / Qbox / standalone) where the product supports several.
